About this Program

The Practitioners Training Program is designed to equip religious and community practitioners with essential professional skills, ethical standards, and practical tools for effective service delivery. This comprehensive program covers core competencies including professional ethics, communication skills, counseling techniques, community engagement, documentation, and reporting. Participants will learn how to maintain occupational standards, uphold professional conduct, and provide quality services within their communities. The course integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, case studies, and field exercises. Special emphasis is placed on the role of religious practitioners in community development, peacebuilding, mental health support, and social accountability. Upon completion, participants will be certified as professional practitioners recognized by AREPP.
