About this Program

The Congregational Development Program is designed to equip religious leaders and lay ministers with practical skills for effective congregational leadership, growth, and community engagement. This program covers essential areas including congregational administration, pastoral care, worship coordination, small group ministry, volunteer management, and strategic planning. Participants will learn how to build healthy congregations, manage church resources, develop effective ministry teams, and engage with the wider community.
