The Congregational Development Program is designed to equip religious leaders and lay ministers with practical skills for effective congregational leadership, growth, and community engagement. This program covers essential areas including congregational administration, pastoral care, worship coordination, small group ministry, volunteer management, and strategic planning. Participants will learn how to build healthy congregations, manage church resources, develop effective ministry teams, and engage with the wider community. Special emphasis is placed on servant leadership, conflict resolution within congregations, pastoral counseling, and sustainable ministry practices. The course includes case studies from successful congregational models, practical exercises, and peer learning opportunities. Upon completion, participants will be better equipped to lead their congregations toward growth, unity, and impactful community service.
